Purpose
This document governs the use of the smbpanorama.ro website and the submission of booking requests through it. By using the website, you accept the conditions below.
The accommodation

What this website does and does not do
The website is presentational. Through the form you can send a booking request, which opens a WhatsApp conversation with the owner.
- The website does not process payments and never asks for card details.
- The website does not check availability automatically and does not confirm bookings.
- Submitting the form does not, in itself, create obligations for either party.
Booking confirmation
A booking exists only from the moment the owner explicitly confirms it, in the WhatsApp conversation or through another means of direct communication. The specific conditions of the stay are agreed in that conversation.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is due in full at booking, directly to the owner. The website does not process payments, does not intermediate transactions and never asks for card details.

Cancellation conditions and any refunds are agreed directly with the owner, in the same conversation, before payment is made. We recommend having them confirmed in writing.
House rules
The house rules form an integral part of these conditions. By staying at the property, the guest accepts the rules set out there.
Guest obligations
- to provide correct and complete details in the request;
- to present a valid identity document on arrival;
- to observe the house rules and the quiet of other guests;
- to use the space and the facilities with care and to inform the owner of any damage.
Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. We are not liable for temporary interruptions of the website, for technical faults beyond our control, or for the unavailability of the WhatsApp service.
The photographs show the property, but slight differences from the current appearance of the rooms are possible.
We are not liable for the content of external websites linked from this one.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs and graphic elements on this website belong to the owner of the property or are used with the agreement of the rights holders. Copying or reproducing them without written agreement is not permitted.
